How the surgery affects sex, sport, and pain.
- The surgery does not damage erections.
- Sex drive may dip for a couple of weeks. It usually comes back.
- Ejaculation volume does not change.
- For most men with pain (about 80–90 in every 100), the pain gets a lot better or goes away. For a few men (about 1 to 2 in every 10), the pain does not improve.
