Weeks 2 to 6
When you can go back to walking, gym, cycling, and running.
- Week 2: walking and light exercise. Back to a desk job.
- Week 3: sex usually fine. Light gym.
- Week 4: gym at about half your normal weight. Light cycling and running.
- Week 6: back to everything.
